| Registration
To register for a panel, please read the following information and fill out the registration form.
Time:
For both the Tacoma and the Puyallup panels, please arrive by 6:30 pm to get signed in. The panel starts sharply at 7:00 pm and no late entry is allowed.
Costs:
· $ 40.00 cash or money orders only payable on or before the night of the panel (unless other charges apply). Must be pre-registered 24 hours prior to panel.
$ 45.00 for walk-ins or those not pre-registered.
· Out of state courts and/or notification to 2 or more courts or individuals (add $25.00)
· Replacement certificate and/or receipts within 90 days ($ 10.00) after 90 days ($ 40.00)
· Additional fees for no-shows may apply.
· No refunds for no-show with credit card payment.
· No refunds if kicked out of panel for any reason.
Guests:
Guests are welcome anytime at the Tacoma Panel. Prior permission is needed for the Puyallup Panel due to space limitations of the facility. There is no charge for guests. Guests are subject to same Panel rules. Due to content, children under the age of 13 are not allowed.
Panel Rules:
To attend the panel, you must be drug and alcohol free. If you attend under the influence, you will be asked to leave and the court that referred you to the Panel will be notified for further action.
No pagers, cell phone, blackberrys, games or electronic devises allowed on during the panel.
DON'T FORGET - BRING YOUR ID AND COURT PAPERS / INFORMATION WITH YOU. We can not notify the courts of your attendance until we have your case or cause number.
